I heard the mention about a telephone working alright. Here is a story that keeps happening to me. And might I add sometimes in the very early morning. I keep on getting unwanted faxes from a health care insurance company even though my phone number is on the no call list. This has been going on for several months. I tried getting in touch with them but it seems that no one there was able to help me.
So, I just took things in my hands, and it had to so with a new Brother all in one printer with fax. I wrote a review on it but I also sent several hundred to this health care insurance company. I actually sent them over 750 faxes that included theirs and mine telling them not to send any more. So far no more faxes and hopefully there will be no more. I also reported them to the FCC no call webpage. By the way, I just love this wireless all in one and would highly recommend it. * Brother MFCJ450 Wireless with Scanner, Copier and Fax Inkjet Printer (Office Product)* I received this new all in one with fax capability and it was very easy to install. In fact the wireless actually detected my network in 10 seconds. I actually like the fact that you can send up to 20 faxes at a time and probably more depending on how many you put into the tray. Here is a tip. Have you ever gotten any unwanted or unsolicited faxes from advertisers at all hours of the day including some in the early morning hours? Well I have and it is annoying and just wastes paper and ink, and more importantly wakes me and my family up. For this reason I will usually leave my fax off but it will still ring my telephone and I will hear those fax tones. I have tried calling these company's but no matter what I did they still continue even though my number is on the no call list. I have even filed multiparty complaints with the FCC no call but it still continues to happen especially with one company. So what I have done is to send them many faxes asking them not to send me any more faxes. With my old fax machine I would have to do this one at a time but with this all in one it is a snap to keep on sending them literally hundreds of faxes. Hopefully they will finally get the idea after many months of them sending me their advertisement faxes.
