        There are many ways to do it and it is really up to you to decide how you
want to do it.  I think the best approach is to keep all files in the same
directory because there is often media shared by all languages that's best
stored in the root.  Flat navigation is also easier to manage (links to
other pages never need to go up a level) and honestly, your system shouldn't
force the same template for both languages.  In mCubes, seperate templates
can be assigned to each language however it is encouraged to use the same if
you want to optimize production.
