It's open to interpretation, but it primarily deals with the fact that
large companies have different (and often pre-existing) requirements
than smaller ones. A few of the categories are:

- Is it robust enough to fit in with the other processes and
  applications we have?

- Does it have single point of failure/dependency, or can it be scaled
  to multiple servers across the whole chain?

- Can we use our normal backup procedures with it?

- Can we use our normal application deployment procedures with it?

- Can it handle multiple disparate groups of editors?

- Can it handle multiple sites with different levels of
  permissions/capabilities for each site?


And so on.
