I am Joseph Peter and I am new to Content Management System. We
are
is planning to develop a Knowledge Base to maintain the Customer
Queries with all the discussion threads, best practices,
procedures etc. We will be using a Content management
system(Stellent in all probability) to manage that. We have not
yet finalized about the model. We have data on a SQL Server 7.0
database used by our existing C/S Application System. Can you
please suggest me a model which can be designed and implemented
easily?
