Pardon my newness to the list (just signed up). Diving into my newly created
job of Knowledge Management after a life time as a computer systems
technician turned manager, I thought I'd ask a question to attempt to
further my tacit (and turn into corporate) knowledge.

Who on the list uses Stellent's CMS?
Are you happy with them?
Any Drawbacks or disappointments?
Were they fair in pricing compared to other vendors?
How is/was there after deployment technical support?

General CMS questions
After deployment, what was your approach to the workforce, how did you
convince them this was "not only good for the organization, but good for
them also"?
Did you find it easy for your non-IT staff members to use it effectively?
How did you develop your meta-data standards? Was it developed in-house or
by a contractor?
Who was the "guinea pig" or initial test department? Why? (other than the IT
office of course)

I guess that should about do it for now, I eagerly await replies. Thanks and
have a great day
