I have uploaded the sample evluator for POLISH HEX.  As a minimum,
you will need to supply your own EVALXERR error handler.  To use
identifiers, you must supply EVALXIDEntifier to return the value
of the identifier; refer to the prologue.

The sample supports extensions to the POLISH HEX parser that will
be released with sublevel 18.  Hawkeyes might spot them; they can
be ignored for now, as the sublevel 16 parser will never generate
the corresponding output.
