[CMS-PIPELINES] N1 records x N2 records -> N1xN2 records ?

Hello plumbers,

Is there a stage which can combine an input of N1 records and an input 
of N2 records to give an output of N1xN2 records in the following way :

Input 1 : 3 records :
A, B, C

Input 2 : 2 records :
X, Y

Output : 3x2 records :
AX, BX, CX, AY, BY, CY

(or AX, AY, BX, BY, CX, CY, that's irrelevant for me)
