It's widely known that support for the Library Distribution is better and faster than for the Pipelines product, but the bean counters still cower in fear at appearing to commit to supporting a large product for which source code is unavailable. (Is it unavailable? the T&C mentions "derivative works" which is pretty hard without source code. But that might just be part of IBM standard lawyer boilerplate.)
I use it; I like it; I can't sell it to our sysadmin, much less to Program Management. Is Melinda still active with Pipelines? Thanks, gil
