I belive that's http://vm.marist.edu/~pipeline/tandc.html
where I read "There is no formal support ..." It's widely
known that support for the Library Distribution is better
and faster than for the Pipelines product, but the bean
counters still cower in fear at appearing to commit to
supporting a large product for which source code is
unavailable. (Is it unavailable? the T&C mentions
"derivative works" which is pretty hard without source
code. But that might just be part of IBM standard lawyer
boilerplate.)

I use it; I like it; I can't sell it to our sysadmin, much
less to Program Management.

Is Melinda still active with Pipelines?

Thanks,
gil
