So, though I have absolutely no current need for it, I scurried off to poke 
around for HSFEXECUTE.

To save others time scurrying around, it is actually: HSFXECUTE
Also, as expected, it is only available in the CMS/TSO Pipelines Runtime 
Library version, not the significantly less functional Endicott (distributed 
with z/VM) version of CMS Pipelines.
