Paul, you can read up on CSV at
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comma-separated_values (it must be right
since it is in wikipedia!)   Basically any string enclosed in quotes can
contain any character, including newline/linend.  The parser needs to
understand that anything that is enclosed in quotes needs special handling.

The generator took the easy way out to create this file and just enclosed
all the fields in double quotes - except some fields that are empty can be
null (no double quotes) so it sort of broke its own 'rule'.

For now I will stick with my less-than-efficient UNCSV macro; it works but
it is slow and I am impatient most times. :-)
