Another approach might be to construct a name that has some meaningful info
about what it does. When you base it on time, you can't find that back in
the code. When the added pipelines are really identical (like in a recursive
filter) I am happy to have them named the same.

Especially since you're using the Runtime Library, the Author's Edition is
probably the best source. The revision codes alert you of things that are not
in the z/VM 6.3 indoor plumbing.
