We finally got around to installing z/VM 6.4 with the new level of PIPELINEs
available with CMS 28. I had some Execs that were using the BROWSE stage to
display some Help information for the Exec. This works fine with the Marist
Distribution, (what we have been using for years), but fails with the new PIPEs
in CMS 28: (Screen displays OK, pressing Enter or PFKey and I get this)

At first I thought it might be related to the size of the data being displayed
or the size of the screen, but even this simple PIPE fails with the same error:
