Good question. CVS is still down and I don't know when it will be
back. (I think 19a would have been released by now or early April, if
CVS had not gone down.)
But let's say it comes back before Apr 1. Then, I think an April snapshot
will be made, based whatever was in CVS in early Jan, when CVS went
down. I suspect another snapshot in May, to include whatever bugs
were found after Jan. I think this May snapshot will be the first 19a
pre-release.
If all goes well, June will see the 19a release. Perhaps July if
there were some critical bugs that were discovered in May that need
further testing.
Sorry about that.
But if others have suggestions or comments about this schedule, please
speak up!
