this is probably something very trivial that i'm overlooking.

i just installed 18d on an openbsd 3.1 system (generic, more-or-less
default x86 configuration)

i can start cmucl just find as root, but it gives an error message
about memory allocation when i start as a non-root user. clearly there's
some vm parameter that i need to tweak, but i've yet to find out where it
is defined.
