How, don't blame me, blame the US gov't for choosing that size!  If I
had a choice, I'd choose A4 (because everyone else in the world does).

But getting A4 paper is hard (or expensive).  Fortunately, acroread
has an option to scale to fit, I think. :-)  If not, we should try to
make sure the margins are such that printing the A4 version on Letter
paper doesn't chop off any text.
