Is this correct? I need to remount it on the deck. Two block atop each other go forward.moveable car bumper to stern. Line arrangement: tie line to forward eye on car,then around top block,then around thimble on car,then around lower block forward,then line to deck V-cleat? The aft thimble on the car is not used. Correct?
