Good luck to all those affected by Sandy. They are expecting up to 12
feet or higher water levels by City Island and Western Long Island Sound
tonight with the tide, which could be devastating to the whole island and may
even wash the Enterprise off the jackstands.
All we can do here is sit it out and hope for the best.
As one of my crew just wrote: "I hope the Enterprise survives the storm
OK, but, as Captain Picard said in First Contact, 'there are plenty more
letters in the alphabet.'"
