We're lucky. The owners of the boatyard where I keep Penniless are conservative. They called and said if I wasn't going to be around to take care of my boat, could they? I am here but moved the boat to a better location while they pulled many boats and secured the rest rather well.
And.... we don't have anyone who doesn't use his/her boat a few times a year, the owner will just yank it out and park it somewhere and send them the bill. Anybody with a roller furler has it down. A couple of boats have their mains still on but wrapped like a xmas package.
