Sales people: Learned late in life, "A salesman tells you what you to hear." So you can't depend on anything a salesman tells you. They think they are helping you, but they are pretty much just full of shit, and they just can't help themselves, and will say anything to make a sale. Ask to speak to a technical rep if there is one.

United has direct flights from Toronto, but you had better be prepared for a 2 mile walk to the furthest corner of the airport. I took a connecting flight through Cleveland in November, and that is a long walk if your luggage does not have wheels.
