We just might. My wife LOVES the LF38 layout. Last one we looked at for $49K, described as a great boat, had: Leaking fuel tank Reeked of diesel Reeked of mold Hatches leaked The cabin sides had swollen and split aft of the ports. It was barely worth scrap value IMHO.
I am still trying to get putting new sails, paint, interior, radar, etc. on a boat and then selling her for the cost of what you just added.
