27-3 used to be $23000 just a few years ago as a standard asking price Weird.
My take is you list the boat for the high side of a reasonable price and continue to sail and enjoy it. If someone wants to make a reasonable offer then sell it - otehrwise enjoy your boat and do not worry. The worst is when an owner neglects a boat by never upgrading anything for 20 years or more. What else would be wrong with such a boat?
