I will post pictures later on after I paint deck. I am currently putting down Treadmaster and painting and the bow rail is sitting on aft deck.
I actually did this extension about a dozen years ago, nothing changed forward of my old transom. I carried the hull lines aft about 2 1/2 feet and ended up with a pretty pinched in stern, in hind site, perhaps 2 feet would be better. I am in the process of making this my propane locker with 2 ten pound tanks there instead of the 2 five pounders in the cockpit which I always hated. The additional storage space is great as there is room for fenders, or trash bags, etc. the added deck space aft has been great for working the Barbie or fishing or just sitting back and relaxing.
