I have to say that despite the harbour being completely frozen (the ice on the 
river is gone, but the harbour has not budged) and some snow between boats, we 
had +19 C yesterday night and this morning. And I was able to drive with the 
top down at least on two occasions this week. 

You have to get a hardtop convertible; it is so much more convenient in the 
weather like ours (drove it most of the winter with the top up).

Before anyone starts to feel envious, we are going back to -3 C tomorrow night. 
Still too early to un-winterise the boat (this was the part that is C&C related)
