Thanks to those who offered advice. I still haven't gotten there yet, but I have another question concerning the Doc#. Seeing that my boat was sold to a Canadian buyer around the early 1990's, does that mean the registry no longer exists in the US? Or would USCG have a file for deregistered vessels?
