Big Grins. Yeah, I haven't figured it out either. I pay an bunch of
money every month just so that I won't show a 'lapse of coverage' when I
get older. I think if I get hit by a bus I'm covered, but other than
that I'm on my own down here. Like all 'boat care' plans, the verbiage
is indecipherable, and the rules are vague enough to empower low level
bureaucrats. Since I have no income and am officially living in
poverty, I think I am eligible for assistance. <G> All I have to do is
spend six months waiting in line at a government facility. Hmm. That
sounds like a business opportunity! I could make money hiring small
children to run between McDonald's and the federal offices delivering
Happy Meals with a 300 percent markup!
All the Canadians down here seem to be really happy. Maybe they're just
glad to be warm...
