Chuck, Will you use your boat if you are 3-5 hours away? I tend to use mine exponentially less the further it is away. It looks like you have a nice poximity now. Are you just looking to move in search of a race club? It seems Delaware Bay has to have a race circuit.
I had a very nice stay at Delaware City Marina two years ago. The dockmaster/onwer, Tim, was fantastic.
