Years ago ( 1950s) as a teenager I raced A Stock Hydro and B Stock Hydro, living in Delaware our region for the APBA was the letter Q. Each boat had a number followed by the region letter. My father wanted to give the boat the number 4 then followed by the region - 4 Q. He did not do it.
