Actually the DC output on the Honda 2000i is quite limited, only 8 amps at 12 v. (96 watts). Its really only intended to trickle charge a car or other smaller starting battery.
You are much better off using the Honda's AC output to power the boats's shore power circuits and let the boat's battery charger also run off the Honda's AC output to charge the boats' battery bank and satisfy any DC loads onboard.
