OK, while we are on the subject of silly things. The Previous owner of my boat had a fire extinguisher located in the propane locker.
I thought it was kinda silly at first, I mean, who's gonna wanna reach in there if somethings ablaze? Then I thought about it some more and I figured if it got hot enough the pressure relief valve would just cause it to discharge all by itself, maybe aiding fire suppression.... any thoughts? For the record, I have more than enough fire extinguishers located all over the boat. I believe in having at least one in each cabin/room of the boat *in addition* to the bare minimum that the CG requires. Rob
