I have a 30-2 and I have had adhesion problems, too. I use Micron CSC, too,
but I don't race my boat. In my situation, I had spots where the original
gelcoat was exposed, and new paint would simply not adhere well [brush or
roller]. However, I've had success with doing a light sanding first, and then
priming these areas with Interlux Promocon. Go to their website for more info.
I emailed Interlux and they responded with detailed instructions -- not too
labor-intensive nor expensive. A quart is more than I've needed. Good
