It turns out 30 min overcoat time (in lower temps) specified by Interlux is
misleading.
I tried again 2 days after the first coat and found it was much better and
doable.
The first coat would still show signs of penetration, but only after 5-6
strokes of the roller, as opposed to 2 on the same day.
