Jim,

I have same 12 volt panel, but my 120 volt panel has larger amber lights.

The red lights on the 12 volt panel are all on a single circuit board.
Luckily only the top one failed so far, so I was able to remove the corner
of the board.  The 1/4 inch light fit, but now I need to find the little
clips that look like speed nuts to hold the light in place.

The 120 volt lights have the clips on them.
