Hi Josh,
I have a friend with a CNC milling machine. If we can create a
realistic part program, we can mill them out of a single sheet of 1/4"
acrylic. The original is made of acrylic with the letters and numbers and
star glued on. This would be all one piece so it should be more durable.
The only problem is to get a good model to create the part program from.
Then we should be able to crank out as many as we want.
