The biggest issue is that the cable is probably permanently attached to the 
connection block at the masthead; so you’d need to splice new cable to a 
pigtail of the existing cable near that block.

Belden 9534 would be an almost perfect replacement for the existing cable, 
except that the color code for the Belden is red/green/black/white, and your 
existing cable is red/green/brown white:
