I don't see why something that has been religiously soaked in vinegar would change by being soaked in more vinegar, so I'm not sure of the point of that experiment. The (maybe softer, younger) solids in Mojito's headmate pump cylinder and joker valve allowed easier pumping and less back flow following this treatment.
