I'm pretty much at a loss, was in the boat today took a few pictures. Looks like the linkage to the input shaft won't fit the other way around, it will hit the flywheel housing on the back of the engine, and the cable mount needs a BIG re-alignment. I will have to go over to the yacht club and have a look at John's Enterprise to see how it's set up. I don't know if it's any different.
