It is the ONLY fitting I use and recommend for deck penetrations. Been installing them for years with no issues. It would be a good solution for wiring for a deck stepped mast with a terminal strip below. The Scanstrut recommended in another reply looks very similar but I haven't tried one. BTW, I'm kinda anal about some mast cables. Touche' has cables that run all the way to the instrument server or display or breaker panel. If I pull the rig, I'll have to pull those back through the cabinetry to the base of the mast. Dennis C.
