As for the traveler. Garhauer will make you a custom car.

I installed a Harken track and car with a continuous 4:1 traveler sheet.
Can trim from either side.  Love it.  Pics here:

Note the swivel camcleat.  Makes it really easy to trim from the steering
station as well as the cockpit.
