I replaced each fixture with a pair of these: https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/swivel-led/135-swivel-utility-led-light-bar-with-rocker-switch/1434/4518/#/attributes/10854 They were not available in the warm color so I got the "natural" color which was fairly harsh.
