During a change of the anchor I found a well corroded link. It is the first link connecting the rode shackle to the line. The shackle is stainless. The chain is galvanized. Is this a case of dissimilar metals? If it is I can put a galvanized shackle, but where the chain attached too the anchor is a stainless mantus swivel, so the issue would be the same. What do I do besides all stainless chain? If that is possible.
