Recent thread gave replies of 3-8 months.  I dove Touche' yesterday to
change the zincs and found the prop zincs were only about 20% sacrificed.
Best I recall, those zincs have been on the shaft for about 18 months.

On the other hand, I seem to go through engine heat exchanger zincs about
every 6 months.  Go figure.

I recall the yard installed the present zincs.  Maybe they aren't making
good contact with the shaft (doubtful).  I install only Camp brand zincs,
coat the copper contact with TefGel and give the zincs a good whack on
either side to seat the contact.

More likely, the boat has just been in slips with little stray current.
Touche' has a Newmar galvanic isolator.

Anyway, just another data point for any interested listers.
