I used  3M 4991 VHB tape and Dow 795 caulking with 3/8" Plexiglas 2 years
ago, and it worked out extremely well.  For the gradual curve in the deck
house, the 3/8" Plexiglas is plenty flexible.  I've had zero leaks.
