Patrick, There's really only one place for those winches to be located. I think I know the answer but not 100% sure.
The only clue is on the page entitled "Standard Loose Equipment". The handwritten note says "2 #26 Barlow winches....". When I purchased the boat, it had Barlow 28's for the primaries and Barlow 26's for the secondaries. I suspect the 26's were standard and the 1st owner knew he was going to upgrade the primaries to 28's and put the 26's in the aft spot for secondaries. Dennis C.
