 So much for “free trade”. We also have to pay tax on the CDN value.
The major carriers like Fedex, UPS, Purolator, etc all charge ridiculous 
brokerage fees, so much so that the price of the goods can double by the time 
it gets to your door.  The best shipping method for Canadians is US postal 
service/Canada post but many will not ship that way.
