When I got my canvas from Genco in Toronto, it had to go back and forth a few times for recutting. DHL was paying full customs fees as a *new product* EVERY single time both ways and sent me a bill for hundreds of dollars about a year later. I told them to stuff it, I never authorized them to pay these fees, and never heard back.
