I agree That’s Lotta boat for your price ! Would have snatched it up but I grabbed a 1982 C&C37 locally Boat was in really really nice condition, but where near that price X2+ for 3 more ft ! Being my first boat would have been happy with 34 if I fit but was a local and fair deal. With exception of a few small details and fixes I do love what I have now.
I looked with POP yachts as mentioned easy to cover a lot of turf! I put an offer on Beny 36.7 in FL and accepted then got passed around to 3-4 people and I bailed. Not comfortable. Kinda like independents , they get you to list when and if it sell they get a piece or more if they sell it. Best of luck she should go quick !
