I preferred the old PSS/PYI seals without the vent since it made one less
complication during install.  It added user responsibility...

The guy at the sailboat show didn't indicate that the last-drop seals were
more or less for power or sail.

I assume that both companies will provide critical dimensions for the user
to make measurements prior to purchasing.
