Shrink wrap to the toe rail and no lower. Found out the hard way with my first boat painted Mauritius Blue Perfection. Lots of blistering under the shrink wrap. Especially if Grenadine was recently painted and is still out gassing. I’ll be out in Colorado over Thanksgiving and maybe can break away from family to give you a hand..
