Also along these lines, imagine my surprise last October, chartering on the
west coast, when I found one of Grenadine’s sister ships moored at Emerald Bay,
Catalina. She was 30 MK I hull #493, named Katherine Patricia. Her owner told
me about a C&C Facebook group of which I was not aware. I’ve subsequently
joined (https://www.facebook.com/groups/341181792745950/
<https://www.facebook.com/groups/341181792745950/>). The group has 949
members. Some are also on Stu’s List, but I’d say most are not (including
Katherine Patricia’s owner). I’ve plugged Stu’s list a couple times on that
Facebook group. Both forums have their advantages. I like mail list servers
better than Facebook for threaded discussions, and searching archives. But
it’s easier to post pictures on Facebook.

Cheers,
Randy Stafford
