Are you referring to Salem, OR, or Salem, MA? If Salem, OR. I can recommend Alison Mazon (503) 358-6983 or Joe Derie (503) 953-4008. I've used both of them, and they are excellent, reliable surveyors. They're both in Portland, but that's only about thirty-five miles from Salem.
